Do not use in children under 12 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended dosage or use for more than 7 days unless directed by a healthcare professional.

Do not use if you have a history of an allergic reaction to benzocaine or any ingredient in the product. Discontinue use if an allergic or hypersensitivity reaction occurs.

Stop use and consult a healthcare provider if:

• Swelling, rash or fever develops
• Irritation, pain or redness persists or worsens
• Symptoms do not improve within 7 days
• Weakness, confusion, headache, difficulty breathing, or blue-coloured lips or nail beds occur — these can be signs of methemoglobinemia, a rare disorder that may appear up to 2 hours after use

Avoid contact with the eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.

In case of overdose or an allergic reaction, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Centre immediately.

Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the tamper-evident tab is open before first use.
