6. Returns & Restocking Fees

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on most items in unused, original condition.
Please note:

A restocking fee of 20% may apply to large or heavy items such as hospital beds, lift chairs, or medical equipment.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
