Eminence Organic Skin Care

The Shipping Policy below applies only to Eminence Organic Skin Care Products.

We offer free shipping through Canada Post ground service on all orders within Canada. There is no minimum order required to qualify for free shipping.

Estimated delivery time may vary depending on the shipping destination.

Currently we do not offer express or expedited shipping options.

When your order is processed, we will send you an order confirmation email.

When your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number for your shipment.

Orders are processed & shipped during regular business hours, Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 6:00pm MST. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day.

We do not currently offer shipping to locations outside of Canada.

Tracking Your Order

You can track your package on the carrier’s website using the provided tracking information.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in resolving the issue.

2-Oversized & Heavy Equipments

For items that are classified as oversized or heavy, such as mobility scooters, hospital beds, lift chairs, mattresses, and large bath safety equipment, the shipping charges are calculated based on the size, weight, and delivery location.

As these products require special handling and transportation, the cost of shipping may exceed standard rates.
