Your satisfaction is important to us. If a product doesn’t meet your expectations, please refer to the return and exchange guidelines below.

Eligibility: We accept returns of unopened, unused products in original packaging within 45 days of delivery.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

Due to hygienic and safety reasons, the following products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Medical & Surgical Supplies: Bandages, dressings, syringes, needles, IV equipment, etc.
Personal Care & Hygiene Items: CPAP masks, catheters, wound care, medical gloves, etc.
🔧 Custom and Special Order Items

Products that are custom-made or specially ordered just for you are non-returnable and non-refundable. These items are tailored to individual needs or sourced on request, and therefore cannot be restocked or resold.

Please ensure that all custom or special order details are confirmed prior to purchase. If you have any questions about whether an item falls under this category, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order.
Other Sensitive Products: Compression stockings, orthopedic supports, ostomy supplies, mastectomy bras, and bedding accessories.

If you need to return a heavy or oversized item—such as mobility aids or home health care equipment—please review the following guidelines:

Eligibility: Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.
Request Timeline: Return requests must be submitted within 5 days of receiving the item.
Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to returns of large or heavy items (e.g., scooters, lift chairs, hospital beds, commodes, bath benches).
Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping. Original delivery fees are non-refundable.

Return Requests: Must be submitted within 45 days of delivery.
Refunds: Processed to the original payment method after inspection.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

To begin a return:

Email us at info@okotokshcpharmacy.ca with your Order Number and the item(s) you wish to return.
We will review your request and provide instructions.
We recommend including tracking details for your return shipment.

All returns are subject to inspection. Items that are used, damaged, or not in original condition may be ineligible for a full refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is processed.
We reserve the right to refuse or deny any return that does not meet our policy criteria.
