Processing occurs during regular business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM โ 6:00 PM MST.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We ship across Canada using Canada Post and other national carriers. Estimated delivery times:

Heavy & Oversized Items
Some products may fall outside our flat-rate policy due to size or weight:

Examples include hospital beds, lift chairs, mobility scooters, and certain large medical equipment.

These items are typically delivered through our local delivery service, and additional charges may apply depending on location and setup requirements.

At checkout, you may see shipping restrictions if ordering a heavy item to another province. If this occurs, please call us directly โ weโll work out a solution and provide a quote.

Free shipping offers do not apply to heavy/oversized items unless explicitly stated on the product page.
Tracking & Delivery

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

You can monitor your shipment status directly through the carrierโs website.

Large/heavy items may require a scheduled delivery appointment. Delivery is typically curbside only and does not include in-home setup.

Assistance may be required to unload oversized items. Additional charges may apply for installation or special handling โ please contact us for a quote if needed.
Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Okotoks HC Pharmacy is not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order is damaged or lost in transit, notify us within 7 days of delivery.

We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier. Replacements or refunds will be issued as appropriate after review.
