Mepilex® Border Flex is an all-in-one soft silicone foam dressing designed for moderate to high-exuding wounds. Exclusive Flex™ technology allows 360° stretch to conform securely to body contours and stay in place — even on difficult areas. Safetac® soft silicone layer helps minimize pain and skin trauma during removal.
The 5-layer structure absorbs, channels, and locks in exudate — including bacteria — while the breathable backing supports moisture balance. The dressing includes an Exudate Progress Monitor, letting clinicians track fluid spread without removing the dressing, helping reduce unnecessary changes.
Suitable for chronic and acute wounds including diabetic foot ulcers, venous leg ulcers, pressure injuries, skin tears, and traumatic wounds. May remain in place up to 7 days based on wound condition and clinical practice. Can be used under compression.
