The DermaSaver® Shin Tube is designed to protect fragile lower-leg skin from tears, bruising, abrasions, and minor trauma. Made with two layers of innovative MicroSpring Textile™, this soft, lightweight sleeve covers from the ankle to just below the knee while allowing air-flow and moisture transfer for healthier skin.
Unlike tight stockings or compression sleeves, the Shin Tube fits loosely and does not restrict circulation. The cross-microfilament structure makes the tube self-supporting so it won’t slip, sag, or bunch. Simply slip it over the leg—no hook-and-loop fasteners, straps, or spandex required. The narrower ankle end helps keep the sleeve comfortably in place throughout the day.
