The ConvaTec Natura® Durahesive® Skin Barrier (413160) is designed for people with liquid or mostly liquid stoma output who need added protection around the stoma. Durahesive® technology gently swells or “turtlenecks” when exposed to liquid output, creating a more secure seal that helps protect both the stoma and surrounding skin.
As part of the Natura® 2-piece system, the plastic coupling ring snaps firmly into place with an audible “click,” confirming a secure connection to the pouch. This cut-to-fit barrier accommodates stoma sizes from 1/2" to 1" (13–25mm), making it adaptable for individual needs.
This model includes a tape collar for added adhesion and security. Durahesive® skin barriers are available with white or tan collars, or without a collar, and offered in both pre-cut and cut-to-fit styles.
This barrier fits a 1½" (38mm) flange and comes in a box of 10.
