The ConvaTec Natura® Durahesive® Skin Barrier (413161) is specially designed for people with liquid or mostly liquid stoma output. Durahesive® technology gently swells or “turtlenecks” when exposed to moisture, creating a protective seal that helps guard the stoma and surrounding skin from irritation.
As part of the Natura® 2-piece system, the barrier features a plastic coupling ring that snaps securely into place with an audible “click,” confirming a reliable connection to the matching pouch. This cut-to-fit model accommodates stoma sizes from 1/2" to 1¼" (13–32mm), providing flexibility for custom sizes and changes over time.
This version includes a tape collar for added adhesion and security. Durahesive® barriers are available with white or tan fabric collars, or without a collar, and can be purchased in pre-cut or cut-to-fit designs.
The 413161 barrier fits a 1¾" (45mm) flange and comes in a box of 10.
