Adults & Children 6 Years and Older

1. Dissolve the contents of 1 envelope (1.7 g) in 30 mL (1 oz) of warm water.

2. Swirl the prepared solution in the mouth in two separate 30-second rinses.

3. Do not swallow. Expel the oral rinse after use.

4. Do not eat or drink for 20 minutes after rinsing.

5. Use 3 times daily after meals, or as directed by your dentist or physician.
