The gel contains NanoKARE™, a material that helps reduce inflammation and provides broad antimicrobial protection within the gel.
The gel keeps the wound surface moist, which is important for natural healing. A moist wound environment may help new tissue form and may support gentle autolytic debridement when needed. NanoSALV can be used on both infected and non-infected wounds and may be applied during early or late stages of healing.
This wound gel is suitable for many wound types, including diabetic foot ulcers, pressure injuries, venous and arterial ulcers, surgical wounds, traumatic injuries, donor sites, superficial cuts, abrasions, and minor skin infections.
