Featuring two layers of innovative MicroSpring Textile™, this soft, breathable sleeve shields fragile skin from pressure, friction, and minor trauma that can cause tears, bruising, and abrasions.
A pleated, contoured knee cup helps the sleeve stay securely positioned over the knee, while the cross-microfilament structure makes the tube self-supporting so it won’t slip, sag, or bunch. Unlike tight stockings or compression sleeves, DermaSaver Shin-Knee Tubes fit loosely and do not restrict circulation. Simply slip it over the leg—no straps, hook-and-loop fasteners, or spandex required. The narrower ankle end gently rests in place to keep the sleeve from falling off.
