The Hollister New Image™ CeraPlus™ Soft Convex Skin Barrier (11904) provides gentle support and enhanced skin protection for daily ostomy care. Infused with ceramide through Remois Technology™, it helps maintain the skin’s natural moisture barrier and reduces dryness caused by water loss.
The soft convex design provides light, adaptable pressure around the stoma, helping improve the seal—especially useful for uneven skin surfaces or shallow stomas. The pre-cut 1" (25mm) opening offers fast and accurate placement, while the adhesive tape border adds security during movement.
An integrated floating flange allows the pouch to be attached without pressing on the abdomen, helping reduce discomfort.
Compatible with all Hollister New Image™ pouches of matching flange size.
