Mepilex® is a soft silicone hydrocellular foam dressing designed for acute and chronic exuding wounds. It absorbs exudate efficiently while maintaining a moist wound environment to support healing. The flexible design conforms to body contours and can be cut to size for difficult-to-dress areas.
Safetac® silicone technology provides gentle adhesion for atraumatic removal, minimizing pain and reducing trauma to fragile skin. The dressing seals around the wound edges to help prevent leakage and reduce maceration. Suitable as a primary dressing on exuding wounds or as protective padding for compromised skin.
