Adults and children 12 years of age or older: The recommended dose 1 tablet (120 mg) once daily with a glass (250 ml) of water.
Do not use for a long period of time unless advised by a doctor.

Do not use Allegra® 24 Hour if:

You have ever had an allergic reaction to this product or any of its ingredients
Talk to your doctor before use if you:
- Have kidney disease. Your doctor should determine if you need a different dose
- May have any health conditions or problems
- Are pregnant or breastfeeding

Are taking any medication (including any drugs, vitamins, minerals, natural supplements or alternative medicines)
When using this product:
- Do not take more than directed
- Do not take within 2 hours of taking aluminum or magnesium antacids

Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
To help avoid side effects and ensure proper use, talk to your healthcare professional before you take Allegra® 24 Hour.
The following may interact with Allegra® 24 Hour:
- Antacids that contain aluminum or magnesium hydroxide, as they may alter the effectiveness of Allegra® 24 Hour (do not take within 2 hours of taking an antacid)
- Fruit juices
