The Hollister New Image™ Convex Flextend™ Skin Barrier with Tape Border is an extended-wear ostomy barrier designed to provide a secure connection between the skin and a compatible Hollister New Image™ two-piece pouch. Its convex shape applies gentle pressure around the stoma, helping support stomas that may require additional protrusion for a more secure pouching fit.
The Flextend™ skin barrier formulation is durable and highly resistant to erosion, making it well suited for extended wear. An integrated beige floating flange allows fingers to be placed underneath the flange when attaching the pouch, helping minimize pressure on the abdomen.
Available in both pre-sized and cut-to-fit openings, each barrier includes a tape border for additional security. It can be paired with New Image™ drainable, closed, or urostomy pouches with the corresponding flange size.
