Mefix® Self-Adhesive Fabric Tape is a soft, conformable fixation tape designed to securely hold dressings, catheters, cannulae and tubes in place.

Made from non-woven spunlace polyester fabric with a polyacrylate adhesive, Mefix conforms comfortably to body contours while providing dependable fixation. Its non-absorbent construction helps support the performance of underlying absorbent dressings rather than acting as the primary absorbent layer.

Supplied in a convenient 10-metre roll, Mefix can be cut to the required length for different applications. A perforated split in the release liner helps make application and positioning easier.

Mefix is intended for fixation and is non-absorbent. When wound exudate needs to be managed, use an appropriate wound-contact or absorbent dressing beneath the fixation tape as directed.
