We’re committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and reliably. Whether you're located locally or across Canada, we offer flexible shipping options to suit your needs.

Local delivery is available within Okotoks and surrounding areas. Most local orders are delivered within 1 to 4 business days. This service is free for orders over $99.00. For smaller orders, a standard delivery fee may apply. If you're located nearby, you can also choose in-store pickup during checkout. We’ll notify you when your order is ready.

For customers outside our local area, we ship Canada-wide using Canada Post. Standard shipping typically takes 5 to 7 business days, while expedited shipping usually arrives in 3 to 5 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the time of year. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email so you can monitor your shipment directly through the Canada Post website. If there are any unexpected delays, we’ll notify you as soon as possible with updated information.

We currently ship only within Canada. International shipping is not available at this time.

✔️ General Returns:

Most unopened and unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

📦 Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

❌ Non-Returnable Items (Due to Hygienic and Safety Reasons):

For the safety and integrity of our customers, the following items are non-returnable:

• Medical and surgical supplies (e.g., bandages, syringes, wound dressings)
• Personal hygiene items (e.g., catheters, CPAP masks, medical gloves)
• Ostomy and mastectomy products
• Compression stockings and garments
• Orthopedic supports and bedding accessories
• Any product that has been opened, used, or handled in a way that compromises its hygiene
  

🛑 Custom orders and special-order items are final sale.

♿ Oversized or heavy items
(e.g., scooters, lift chairs, hospital beds). These must be:

• Returned within 5 days of delivery
• Unused and in original packaging
• Subject to a 25% restocking fee
• Shipped back at the customer’s expense

Lightweight mobility aids (e.g., canes, basic walkers) may be returnable under our general return guidelines.

🌿 Skin Care Products:

Unopened Eminence Organics and other skin care products may be returned within 30 days. Used or opened items are not eligible for return.

📧 How to Start a Return:

Email us at info@okotokshcpharmacy.ca with your order number and details of the item you'd like to return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

All returns are inspected upon receipt. If items show signs of use or damage, a partial refund may be issued—or the return may be denied. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
